Mary P. Gray joined Litigation Media Group in 2006 bringing over 15 years of in-depth experience as a paralegal for high profile law firms and publicly-traded companies in both Los Angeles and San Francisco. Through her career, Mary was employed by law firms Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, as well as Bronson, Bronson & McKinnon and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. She also worked within the legal departments of Whittaker Corporation, Carolco Pictures and Live Entertainment. She brings a wealth of legal experience in business matters including the registration of federal and state trademarks, maintenance of patent filings, chain-of-title for ownership of theatrical and related rights, shareholder relations, maintenance of employee stock option plans and the exercise thereof, performance of due diligence for litigation and corporate matters, as well as marketing and business development.
Mary is active in community matters and serves on the Pleasant Hill Civic Action Commission and the Pleasant Hill Education/Advisory Commission. She holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and journalism from California State University at Sacramento, and received her paralegal certificate from Pacific College of Legal Careers.
